There are very few people we love more than the DFA crew, and especially Nancy Whang. Her vocals are the companion to so many timeless tracks—not to mention she’s fun, spunky awesome (and any other adjectives I can throw out there). Needless to say a video accompaniment to Shit Robot’s “Do That Dance†is the perfect thing to get Friday feeling right and to get us excited for Shit Robot’s upcoming sophomore LP due out March 18th. The track is classic DFA disco, brimming with fractured funk and groove galore, and the video features Whang busting a move over footage of old soccer games. What’s not to like?
