Saturday night, Plant Music hosts “Power Plantâ€; a label showcase featuring DJ sets from Stretch Armstrong, Will Eastman, Dominique Keegan, DJ Wool, Rok One and a live performance from The Glass. Originally formed by Dominique Keegan as a 12†label, party promotions company and bar (Plant Bar), Plant Music has always been associated for its great sound and DJs. Since the closing of Plant Bar in 2003 (due to New York “dancing violationsâ€) the label has expanded with help from co-owner Stretch Armstrong; hosting a unique roster of talent, producing a sound consisting of New York-focused rhythmic club/pop music.
