As far as Midwestern lo-fi indie-pop goes, Minneapolis duo Red Pens are the talk of the town. A recent wave of steller reviews helped them find a home on Grain Belt Records where they will be releasing their album Reasons on March 9th. Already garnering comparisons to Sonic Youth and The White Stripes, expect a lot from Red Pens in 2010.
