Tommy Vercetti
Caleb: Tommy Vercetti has been percolating ever since Good Feelings made it’s way onto the internet. The track saw official release in 2014 and was one of the frequently played tracks in Ibizia. Vercetti’s been dropping serious bombs throughout the year and is pretty much set to explode in 2015. Few artists are making tracks that are this fun.

SNBRN
Zach: SNBRN was one of those artists that knew that they were on to something hot and exactly when to show up on the scene. As 2014 became more and more about bored 20-somethings living in the past and rediscovering songs from their childhood, SNBRN tapped into that recess with a parade of remixes of artists like 50 Cent, Ace of Base, and even a take on Mark Morrison’s legendary “Return of the Mack.” And with 2015 right around the corner and momentum going strong for the LA native, it’s only a matter of time before he starts getting enlisted for bigger venues and festival circuits.

Hotel Garuda
Shawn: Maybe I’m a bit biased because Hotel Garuda is a partial native of DC, but these guys are so legit that I truly believe they may break out big in 2015. The remixes they dropped in 2014, along with an amazing first-hand live performance, have made me a believer in this duo. They understand the rising popularity of deep house, yet they keep it classic by incorporating nu disco, tropical and indie varieties throughout their melodies. Soon enough they will be joining the festival circuit and with that, I believe 2015 will be a breakthrough year for them.

Doc Daneeka
Philco: Doc Daneeka seems to be popping up all over the place lately. A talented producer in his own right with a distinguishable style, tracks like “Day By Day†from his “Sketches†EP and the single “Walk On In†gained him some serious attention in 2013. In 2014, he released a string of heaters which have only further cemented his place in the underground House scene – his remix of Tito Wun’s “Way U Do It†and “Together†from his “From Mine To Mistress†EP come to mind. If he stays on his current trajectory, 2015 looks to be a big year for the man.
