One of our favorite records from last year was These Heights by up-and-comer TCTS. The title track captured our attention immediately, in large part due to Shivum Sharma whose unique vocals added a sort of otherworldly quality to the track. Luckily the two have teamed up again, this time with TCTS remixing Sharma’s new track, “Flicker.†The remix is a deep and groovy house take that flips the original on its head with vocal manipulations, muted stabs, and a shuffling rhythm track. You can catch it on Sharma’s Flicker EP, which is due out March 4th, including another original and an additional remix by SoulCircuit.
