We’ve been posting a lot of Eric Ericksson lately, and now we’ve got some more for you. The Swedish producer just keeps them coming, this time with a debut EP for Local Talk. This EP is Ericksson’s homage to Chicago house with A-side “Love It†driving off a jackin house groove, gritty analog feel, and and a muscular bass line. The track is paired with B-side and title track “The Chi,†which shares in the old school feel, also introducing soulful vocals, a clattering ride, and muted stabs. The release also comes with a hypnotic deep house rework courtesy of Oskar Offerman. Check it out below
