I’m a big believer that Nu Disco is slowly losing the huge popularity it had a few years back, especially as some of the producers who brought it back begin to move towards deep house and more garage sounds. HOWEVER, my man Jean Tonique keeps it real when it comes to disco house. His dance tracks ooze of funk, upbeat tempos and sensual soul. His remix of Kyogi’s “Not Good Enough†is a an Eddie Murphy movie for my ears…just so enjoyable. Take a listen!
