It’s loaded with charm, captivating melodies, and a DFA vibe that draws you in within the first few seconds. Lead single, “Bring Your Love†features The Rapture’s Luke Jenner singing over a hazy, reverb drenched synth scape, supported by a broken beat and scattered percussion. “Rx777†works up a piano groove that quickly joins with shimmering synths and dreamy voices over a driving beat. “This Is My Life†may be one of the year’s best tracks building a chorus of blips and bloops around a computerized voice and a snare driven drum beat that quickly unfolds into the album’s delightfully chaotic center.
