Nightlife has returned to DC. U Street Music Hall Presents, a staple in the DC night life community, is back with new events to bring the best of live electronic and dance music to the region. They kick off a series of shows with San Francisco-based artist, Luttrell, on Saturday night, September 25th at 9:30 Club. Luttrell is a mainstay artist on Anjunadeep: a music label known for their roster of melodic, chill electronic music. Luttrell forges his own path with a unique blend of indie chill house and melodic techno. As an electronic music producer, he has been cranking out tracks since his debut album drop, Into Clouds, in 2019.
Luttrell’s North American tour follows the release of his new EP, “Music For My Memories Pt. III†which was released on September 10th. His new EP possesses an ethereal and cinematic sentimentality creating eager anticipation for his appearance this weekend. Listeners can expect to be captivated by the serenity of his musicality with layers of organic sound design that ebbs and flows within his blissful compositions. Local Washington D.C. artist, DJ Sabeel Chohan, will kick off the night with her hypnotic deep tech music which pairs well with Luttrell’s musical stylings.
