Never one to shy away from releasing live material, our very own Lxsx Frxnk has just put up another great mix, recorded during her recent opening set for Volta Bureau and Treasure Fingers at U Street Music Hall.
The up-and-comer shows patience in all the right places as she builds the mix slowly with reissued Chicago magic from Virgo as well as the techy deep house of Maya Jane Coles, giving all the tracks room to breathe before upping the pace with Sergej Gorn’s remix of Chromeo’s “Hot Mess” and the unrelentingly sexy dOP’s “Your Sex.”
